Steve is President and Co-owner of Abito. He believes in design as the catalyst for realizing a better world. He’s putting that passion into action by creating “show me how” communities that integrate intelligent design, sustainability strategies and a purposeful aesthetic – modern in all forms. Steve is a visionary leader with the signature strength of attracting true collaborators who share his optimistic zeal for a vibrant future. He has assembled some of the top talent in the business to move Abito, an ambitious lifestyle brand, forward in a bold new way.

His background in management and manufacturing contribute to the cause. With unwavering commitment, Robertson ensures every detail of every project is attended to with a creative yet pragmatic approach. A key initiator of the Hoyt Street Yards development in Portland, he also managed Broken Top, a resort community in Bend. After a number of years overseeing manufacturing facilities throughout the Northwest, Steve then played a pivotal role in launching an international line of commercial exercise equipment in North America. He knows how to deliver on big ideas with tangible results that redefine the playing field for the industry.
